Come on Sony, I wouldn't even go to court. You have the technology. Just up the security on the PS3 then ban the other PS3 that's using the jailbreak. Simple.
Only delay because Gears 3 is the only big exclusive for 360 for next year. Other exclusive are Kinetic games which not going to accommodate to HC 360 fans although MS wanna put it like that. This is so sad for 360 fans.
